Aloft San Francisco Airport

After 6.5 hours driving and we finally arrived, parking is VERY limited luckily we found one. Checking in the guy that helped us was ok not too friendly not mean but monotone. Our room was nice, clean and pretty quiet. Only thing we heard throughout the night was just the plumbing water running through the pipes. The hotel is located very close to the airport and have a free shuttle running every 15 mins most of the day. The bar has a great selection of Napa wines and is quite cosy to have a drink after a long flight. The room was basic but it did the job. No amenities by default. The little shop with snacks and craft beers/premixed cocktails was interesting but slightly overpriced.

Great location for flying out in the morning. They have a nice lounge area with games as well as a pool table. It is one of the big reasons I book this property, but it is not worth the price when they allow off duty employees to stay on the pool table for hours, preventing paying guests from enjoying the perks of the hotel.

She did an absolutely amazing job, and her customer service skills are truly exceptional—set at a level that is rare to find. I honestly wish there were a million Liz’s at this location. I originally had my reservation with the Westin location, but due to circumstances, I had to quickly change my reservation to the Aloft, which is conveniently located just across from it. While I understand that management styles and challenges can vary, the difference in customer service was very noticeable. Unfortunately, the level of service I experienced at the Westin did not compare to the outstanding professionalism and care I received upon arriving at the Aloft. Liz went above and beyond in every way. Not only did she provide exceptional customer service, but she also demonstrated strong leadership and management skills. She made the experience seamless, welcoming, and stress-free. It is clear that she has the qualities necessary for this property to run smoothly and efficiently under her leadership. I truly hope the company takes the time to read this review and recognize Liz for her outstanding work. She has the vision, professionalism, and management capabilities to be considered for a higher leadership or top management role. This is a great value hotel near the SFO airport. Super easy to get to and from the airport to the hotel using the hotel shuttle, which services the Aloft and the Westin. Check in/out was smooth and the front desk was polite. There were also some small plate options at the bar in the evening however, there were no vegetarian mains.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lily at the front desk for check in. Her professionalism was next level and she was incredibly friendly. These days you don’t come across many people with great customer service, from restaurants to hotels etc seems as if people are just rushing through to get through the day forgetting the importance of good quality service. Lily is a great face for your company and makes sure that your customers are receiving the best care and service possible living up to your brands promise of a great experience. I’ve stayed at this location a few times in the past but this was by far our best experience because of her. I also met a few of the housekeeping staff and they were also great, I didn’t get their names unfortunately but they were just as amazing! The atmosphere in the lobby is always nice, clean and fun with game boards and lots of comfy seating. The rooms are okay but I will say the beds are very comfy. Pool area was clean, has a shower and a bathroom available which is very nice. They also offer a nice gym area. The bar was wonderful and the bartenders were professional and amazing. Drinks were great. Overall stay was a 10/10 we will definitely be back in the future! Thank you for the great hospitality Lily and staff!!!!

I ended up booking last minute due to a cancelled flight. Keeping in mind this is not a five star hotel, this place was mostly great. Lobby has a pool table and bar and felt high energy and fun. Room was clean. Beds not the comfiest thing ever but not garbage. You can definitely clearly hear the planes coming and going, so I don't recommend for light sleepers. I'd stay here again if the need arises, but would not choose it without a cancelled flight.

This hotel was so nice for us to stay the night before our flight. I wish this hotel was in actual San Francisco for us to spend the week in. Very cute decorations and nice large rooms. We appreciated the lobby having multiple sports on for us to watch our local team (Milwaukee Bucks) and World Series. The restaurant doesn’t really offer great options, but they have a nice cafe area with snacks to buy. The rooms were large and nice. The sink was outside the bathroom and took up a lot of room. I didnt mind but something to consider. The airport shuttle was super timely and worked really well.
